War Updates

There have been some changes to how capturing cities works.

Each Country now gets a beacon for each person they have in their country, this beacon is only to be used as a marker of territory so you can't get status effects from it. Each country has their own beacon color to signify which country it is. A banner is also placed on top of this.

To capture a city you must find the beacon and replace the beacon color with your own country's color and change the banner.
